Return Policy – Store Credit Only

 

Eligibility for Return

  • Only full-price items are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the shipment date.

  • All approved returns will be issued store credit (E-Gift Card) only.

  • No refunds will be issued unless the item is damaged or defective due to our error.

  • To request a refund for a damaged item, you must submit photos of the item and packaging within 5 days of delivery.

  • All refunds/returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

  • All claims are subject to review and approval.


Final Sale

  • Items discounted 50% or more are final sale.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

  • Final sale status will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

  • All items purchased during promotional events (e.g., July 4th, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale & Discount Code Items

  • Items purchased with a discount of 50% or less or using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available for these purchases.


Sold Out Styles

  • In the event that an item you ordered is sold out, our team will contact you to offer an exchange or provide store credit for a future purchase. We’ll work with you to make sure you find something you love.


International Orders

  • All international sales are final.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • All international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full before the shipment can be delivered. Failure to pay the required duties and taxes may result in delays, non-delivery, or return of the order, for which we are not responsible.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for sizing issues.

  • If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

  • Sale items, promotional items, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.


Unauthorized or Refused Returns

  • Items returned without approval or outside the return window will be issued store credit only, minus any applicable fees.

  • Refused shipments will be refunded minus round-trip shipping costs and any restocking fee.

  • Unauthorized returns may take longer to process. Store credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card valid for 1 year.
