Return Policy
Items on Sale: Items on sale are non-refundable but may be considered for exchanges in certain cases.

Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted for items purchased on graceinla.com if requested within 21 days from the date your order was shipped.
- To initiate a return, please email returns@graceinla.com.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping labels.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item was purchased from graceinla.com. For items purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact them directly. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Each item can be exchanged once within 7 days of purchase, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
International Purchases:
- All sales are final for international purchases. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or credit for the item(s) and the shipping cost.
Exchanges:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact returns@graceinla.com.
- Exchanges are accepted for items purchased on graceinla.com if requested within 21 days from the date your order was shipped.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs related to exchanges.
- Exchanges are only permitted if there is an issue with the size. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and the original packaging must be included.
- Sale items, promotional items, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Unnotified Returns:
To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, customers must notify us via email prior to sending any items back for a return or exchange.
If a customer returns an item without notifying or receiving confirmation from us first, we are not obligated to process the return or provide a refund. Any unapproved returns may be refused or sent back to the customer at their expense.
Restocking Fee on Refunds:
Refused Shipments:
- If a shipment is refused and returned to us without prior authorization, we will refund the order value, minus the round-trip shipping costs and any restocking fee deemed appropriate. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This policy also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping.
