Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of the shipment date.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.
• Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
• All international sales are final.

Return Options

• Exchange for a different size or style. If your new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference right in the returns portal.
• Store credit issued as an E-Gift Card.
• Refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, start a return in our returns portal (https://graceinla.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login) within 5 days of delivery and upload photos of the item and packaging. Once our team approves it, you can choose a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. We cover return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.

Package Protection
If you added package protection at checkout and your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can file a claim in our returns portal: https://graceinla.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login

Return Shipping
Add Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout and your return label is free. Otherwise, the cost of the return label is deducted from your return value. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
