Return Policy – Store Credit Only

Eligibility for Return

  • Only full-price items are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Damaged or defective items will be refunded only if the damage or defect is the result of our error. To request a refund, customers must email clear photos of the item and original packaging within 5 days of delivery.

  • All returns and refunds are subject to review and approval, and may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on the condition and nature of the return.

  • Requests received after 14 days will not be accepted. Items returned without prior approval, or shipped back more than 5 days after approval, will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.


Final Sale

  • Items discounted 50% or more are final sale.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

  • Final sale status will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

  • All items purchased during promotional events (e.g., July 4th, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale & Discount Code Items

  • Items purchased with a discount of 50% or less or using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available for these purchases.


Sold Out Styles

  • In the event that an item you ordered is sold out, our team will contact you to offer an exchange or provide store credit for a future purchase. We’ll work with you to make sure you find something you love.


International Orders

  • All international sales are final.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • All international shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full before the shipment can be delivered. Failure to pay the required duties and taxes may result in delays, non-delivery, or return of the order, for which we are not responsible.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email returns@graceinla.com with your order number (e.g., GLA#12345).

  • Once approved, ship the item back within 5 days of receiving our return authorization.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges (Size Only)

  • Exchanges are available for sizing only.
  • Email returns@graceinla.com with your order number (e.g., GLA#12345) to request an exchange.
  • All items must be returned in one consolidated shipment for processing.
  • Grace in LA provides one outbound exchange shipment per order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Grace in LA covers outbound shipping on one exchange shipment per order.
  • Orders with 5+ items may be subject to a handling or shipping fee at our discretion.
  • Additional or split exchange requests may incur additional shipping charges.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Exchanges are final. Once an exchange has been processed and shipped, the order is no longer eligible for a cash refund.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and accessories are not eligible for exchange

Unauthorized or Refused Returns

  • Items returned without approval or outside the return window will be issued store credit only, minus any applicable fees.
  • Refused shipments will be refunded minus round-trip shipping costs and any restocking fee.
  • Unauthorized returns may take longer to process.
