Return Policy

Items on Sale:

  • Items on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 50% off or less are eligible for returns in exchange for store credit (E-Gift Card) only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for these items.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted for items purchased on graceinla.com if requested within 7 days from the date your order was shipped.
  • To initiate a return, please email returns@graceinla.com.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping labels.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the item was purchased from graceinla.com. For items purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact them directly. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

International Purchases:

  • All sales are final for international purchases. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee on Refunds:

Returns to the original form of payment will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. In contrast, exchanges for other items are exempt from this fee.

Refunds:

  • Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or credit for the item(s) and the shipping cost.
  • Grace in LA processes all refunds at the end of the month.

Exchanges:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact returns@graceinla.com.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs related to exchanges.
  • Exchanges are only permitted if there is an issue with the size. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and the original packaging must be included.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refused Shipments:

  • If a shipment is refused and returned to us without prior authorization, we will refund the order value, minus the round-trip shipping costs and any restocking fee deemed appropriate. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This policy also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping.
  • Grace in LA processes all refunds at the end of the month and customers may be refunded at the end of the month.

Unauthorized Returns
    •    Store Credit Issued: If an item is returned without prior approval or falls outside our return policy, it will be eligible for store credit only, less any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
    •    Unauthorized returns may take additional time to process, and store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card valid for 1 year from the issue date.
